Do you take prepayment for your services?
NO! We do not take prepayment for repair services. We can ask you to make an advance payment only if the spare part is unique, requires a preliminary order or is more expensive than 10,000 rubles, and at the same time you are not ready to leave your device at our office for the duration of the repair. This is done so that we make sure that you are ready for expensive repairs!

How can I pay for an order or product at your office?
We accept cash and non-cash payments. You can pay with a bank card, any device with a contactless payment function and using a QR code from Sberbank.  We pursue a policy of legality of payments and all transactions are confirmed by a cash register receipt in accordance with Federal Law No. 54.

Are you renovating on credit?
NO! We are not a financial and credit institution and cannot provide individuals with cash loans, installments and order deferrals. But you can get the service from us and pay for it with a bank credit card prearranged in your financial institution.  

Why don't you go out for repairs?
Why don't you invite surgeons to carry out an operation to remove appendicitis at home? It's so convenient and fast ... 
It is not possible to carry out a full repair of a complex technical electronic device in your kitchen. You will object "I have invited more than once and am satisfied" ... and according to our statistics, every second owner after such a repair receives a non-working device, and even three times more expensive ... And our masters would be happy to fix it, but this is not always possible. For example, an easy business of replacing the iPhone X display ... 11 can result in a complete loss of the "Face iD" function ... every 10th iPhone is in the trash .... The choice is yours.

Our prices are balanced and average in Moscow. And there are positions well below the market for this service sector. And then, in our service, not everything is so bad with the quality of work that we would begin to lure customers with a price. And in the basements there are excellent masters ... and they also win the lottery ... 

What will happen if I agree to the repair and the amount upon the work performed, refuse to pay for the order and want to return everything as it was? 
This desire of the client is described in the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
- The consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) at any time, provided that the contractor has actually incurred expenses related to the fulfillment of obligations under this contract.
That is, you will have to pay for the installed spare parts and the work of the master, if it is provided with high quality and on time. And if you want to return everything as it was, then you will have to pay extra for the work of the engineer and his time spent. Please make a decision on the repair in the course of agreeing on the cost and timing of the order with the master, before the start of work!  Otherwise, we will be forced to demand that you fulfill the contract on your part. Let's start by holding the device until the order owes are paid in full. And we understand that you have the right to use the judicial practice. But it is worth remembering that in the event of a loss of the case, the loser will have to pay the costs of its conduct and other costs. But we are sure that it will not come to that. In our practice, there have not been such cases yet) 

Why do you have higher prices for copies of iPhone displays than many repair points?
- Many service points, who do not care about the reputation and quality of their services, offer the cheapest copies of display modules for installation. For example, the screen for Apple iPhone X (and newer models) is made using expensive AMOLED technology (Samsung patent). The last  dictates a high market price for its matrices according to its technology and such spare parts cost from the factory from $ 100. For models with such screens, third-party parts manufacturers offer their own options for replacing the original part. There is even an old technology from the 2000s - TFT (Faded display with a separate backlight layer). It is they who are offered to you. Not infrequently under the guise of originals and at their cost. Referring to different Apple vendors. There are other high-tech companies on the spare parts market that make good matrices for new iPhone models using an approximate and even similar technology - OLED and AMOLED. They cost less than the original, but more expensive than the cheapest copies. It is OLED  we also offer as an alternative to the original spare part. In terms of quality, they practically do not differ from original spare parts.

Why don't you put on the cheapest phone screens, even at the request of customers?
- Yes, we refuse to install cheap and low-quality spare parts in your devices. The answer is simple - they  not suitable for your phones! They simply do not fit into the body seats, they are crooked, thick and will work for you for a couple of weeks - maximum. You've probably heard and yourself saw when the "master" blushes and more often does not, sell a repaired phone to the client  with a bulging display, with luminous matrix backlight frames, and just extending from the body.  And while accusing the client of his curvature ... This is not our practice and methods! We supply spare parts from suppliers proven over the years and who will bring you joy from using their device and will last for more than one year ...

Why do you only put original (= expensive) displays on Samsung models. 
- We will answer briefly. Cheap counterparts and even OLED technology are not suitable for your devices. They won't work the way you used to. They will be faded, dull, they are thicker than the originals and fit with the matrix on the body, and do not rest on the supporting frame with glass and therefore often do not work for more than a month. The latter also applies to the so-called glass plywood on broken displays from this manufacturer.  We do not yet know of a single office that would meet our requirements for the quality of such work with regards to Samsung displays.  Therefore, only original spare parts and a guarantee!

Why do you need to leave your phone for a day to replace the broken display of Xiaomi, Huawei, Poco, Oppo and others?
Others do it "in 5 minutes" ...
- We are sure how quickly they did it, so it quickly fell apart. Their task is to get money from you. They completed this task. According to the manufacturer's technology, display modules are glued in with special compounds that take time to cure. We make using technology that we have perfected over the years. Our  screens do not fall off the frames, backlight beams do not penetrate from under our displays in all directions. And we need time for quality. If you want to quickly - you are not with us! Come to us for the right thing!

Why do you ask for passwords or factory reset when replacing screens and repairing motherboards?
- We understand your concerns about the safety of personal data. But our masters cannot repair what is blocked. We cannot test the full functionality of new parts without access to the service menus of the devices, if they are locked. We do not need your photos, savings banks and other personal data. We want to think of you better than we know))) but seriously - we earn money from repairing and selling goods. We do not trade personal data. And in the repair contract we have a clause about not transferring your to confidential  data to third parties. 
Denial of access to the device results in a denial of service in our service. 

Why did you refuse to unlock my forgotten password on my phone?
We refuse to work on removing passwords and access to accounts in case of doubtful ownership of this device. In such cases, we ask you to provide your passport and a statement on your behalf asking to unlock the device. We also do not buy stolen and other devices with a criminal trace.

I brought you a phone for repair. And you broke it for me!
- Yes! We break phones for our clients on purpose. And we even get the highest scores and good reviews for this))  But seriously, there are a number of faults that cannot be repaired. So, for example, the Apple iPhone 7 has a massive factory defect in soldering modem chips and cracks on the board under the audio codec chip. 
This leads to a cyclic reboot of the device on the apple. During the repair, a hidden problem may be revealed that will not even allow the device to turn on. This also applies to the death of processors and memory chips of android devices. Please understand that devices that do not charge, do not turn on, freeze on the boot saver are already dead and the data in them has already been lost ! And we ask you to regard their revival by our masters as a professional miracle! And not due! 

My phone burned out while charging, fell into the "sink" with water, does not turn on or does not load beyond the "apple", "droid", "bears" ... can I get information?
- NO! NO! And again NO!  This is technically impossible! We are not responsible for the loss of your data on broken devices! We kindly ask you not to save on free space of cloud storage iСloud and Google! and make full data backups regularly! This will save you from losing the only copies of photos of your beloved cats and grandmothers who have gone to another world ... Save your nerves for yourself and our masters.
